Building our dream home with Protech Construction Services, previously Cobra Custom was an incredibly positive and surprisingly stress-free experience! From the very start, they made us feel fully supported and focused entirely on bringing our family's vision to life. The entire team and all their subcontractors are true professionals who take immense pride in their craftsmanship—no one was ever slacking, and the attention to detail on every task was outstanding. In particular, the tile work and custom cabinetry are absolutely gorgeous and beautifully executed They delivered a sturdy, timeless, high-quality home that exceeded our expectations. In custom home building, it is rare to get exactly what you envision, as everyone has different perceptions and interpretations abut Protech brought our vision to life beautifully. A special shout-out to Janine, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always just a quick phone call or text away. She listened to all our concerns, offered great structural suggestions, and was always willing to compromise to ensure we were happy. Unlike other builders who dictate "builder-grade" choices, Janine, Joe and the team gave us complete freedom to choose all our own materials—from the plumbing and tiles down to the appliances and light fixtures—as long as it was within building code. The entire process moved incredibly fast from permitting through construction with zero backlogs or issues. We felt entirely at ease trusting their process and are highly satisfied. We look forward to working with Protech again and highly recommend them!
