Three families. Two tiers each. One standalone.
The Aspen, the Juniper, and the Sequoia each come in two versions: a standard tier with a traditional shingle hip roof and stucco exterior, and a Designer tier with a standing-seam metal roof, modern stone columns, and a deeper covered entry. The interior floor plan is identical across the pair. The Designer tier is the curb-appeal-and-insurance-credit upgrade.
The Linleigh stands on its own. It is the smallest plan in the collection, with a vaulted Great Room and Dining and a modern farmhouse exterior. No Designer pair, because the Linleigh is already designed for aesthetic.
